Maddie’s itsy bitsy rant
First off, I am a Christian, and therefore I believe that God did create rainbows.
Sometimes I really hate other Christians who get all holier than thou. I get especially angered when they call homosexuality a sin and compare it to murder or pedophillia. The biggest reason these types of Christians piss me off isn’t because they disagree with me, noooo it’s much worse than that…
It’s because these folks make all Christians look like a bunch of religious nutjobs. Love thy neighbor, bitches.
I swear we are not all crazy ass homophones, at least, my family and friends aren’t. That is all.
Recently in Aurora, Colorado a 24 year old man named James Holmes, open fired in a theatre at the the sold out Batman premiere. He shot a total of 71 people, and killed 12. The victims of this tragedy had not asked for this, and did not deserve this. Among them were a 6 year old girl, who’s mother is in critical condition from the shooting and has not learned that her baby girl is dead. Another victim lost his life while shielding his girlfriend of 2 years.
My heart and prayers have and will go out to the families, and friends of the victims and also to the people wounded, as i hope that they fully recover from this tragedy.

We picked up a foreign exchange student on Monday night, so yesterday was his first full day in America. His name is Carlos and he is from Spain. For his first American lunch we took him out to Twin Peaks. For those of you who don’t know what that restaurant chain is, it’s a sports bar akin to Hooters. Then we went to our town’s carnival where we all ate deep fried food and drank sodas. Carlos is a pretty boy, a fashionable European. From his first full day in America he already has a following of fangirls. He now has my friends Sarah, Julia, Chani, Kitana, Mollie, and Julia’s younger sister doting over his sense of style and accent. And they’re all coming over tonight to watch “fireworks”. Excuse me, I’ll just be off, trying to keep the ravenous American teenage girls from gang raping my new Spainiard friend.
